Speedy recovery Ravensblack. I too agree  with Great bass 2. Hopefully some stretching and therapy will help too  a faster recovery. I have tried chiropractic measures as well that opened me up to how rigid I was from lack of stretching.  Sorry that it happened around the holidays. Christmas is a time for family and I sure they will understand . Good luck. Alex

Sorry to hear about your injury Craig. Rest up and get well soon. Consider checking into some acupuncture, in my opinion it is much more beneficial than standard western medicine.  Best, Mike

I'm going through the same thing right now,i would get a mri asap i have been battling the same issues for 6 months now, i waited to get a mri for 4 months into it i tried everything first nothing worked. Turned out that i herniated L5 S1 disc and bulged L4 L5 disc,same thing i don't know how i did it one day i just woke up like that. I have already received 2 spinal epidurals and they didn't work so my only option is getting surgery. If you bulge or herniate the disc it puts pressure on the siatic nerve, i would get a mri to see whats going on if it doesn't get better and take anti inflammatory meds.
