I'm going vegan, mushrooms and spinach.

I don't see spinach on the topping list, Scott.  That does sound good, though.  I think I'm going with tomatoes and mushrooms.

Updated to 20 ppl or so.  There are several parties going on tonite, including us.   

They said they'll split the toppings.  So I'm busting half with onions + shrooms.  praying that they'll get seriously dehydrated while baking = less to consume. 
The other half i'll go sausage + shrooms, but if and when i hit that other half, i probably won't care if I'm eating $hit or shinola.

I regret to inform that my participation in the eating challenge is questionable.  I'll be there but making it by 7 is gonna be tough, don't wait for me.
