521 Mccovey Burger Challenge?

Looks like none of last years Pho Challenge contestants is up for a rematch so how about a 4 pound burger? Nice selection of beer to wash it down. Centrally located in Walnut Creek.

Looks like none of last years Pho Challenge contestants is up for a rematch so how about a 4 pound burger? Nice selection of beer to wash it down. Centrally located in Walnut Creek.

According to angle the pho house is kaput, so there won't be a rematch.  We had a brief disucssion on replacement venues with one of the fire breathing chicken wing spots as top contender.

I'm intrigued by the 4 lb burger but commute traffic puts the hamper on anything in the east bay for me.   
 

There is no way I could do it.  But it would be fun to try!  You thinking after the holidays, to thumb our noses at all the new year's dieting??

Art, there's always the 5 pound burrito at Iguanas in Santa Clara/San Jose.  The pho shop in Mountain View probably went under, due to loss of business from not ponying up the T-shirts. 

I have seen one of those burrito's first hand & that thing is a beast!

Man...how may slices in this pizza?  I saw one guy on the "wall of shame" ate 24 slices in 45 minutes and gave up!
