Yup rockfish is open til Dec 31. Good luck Ernest! I think there might be a few guys there on Sunday. Unfortunately I can't go.

Thanks Pat. Hope to fish with you again soon. Btw, my wife loved the piece of thresher I got from you from the Islander trip. She liked it more than the other fish I brought home.

Today was absolutely perfect. It was like a lake out there. The lings were red hot! I think between 1957Fishy and myself we C&R around 20. He had to rad in early and the conditions were too good for me to so I stayed out until about 2:30. Visibility was about 25-30' as I looked over the side of the kayak. Kinda wish I was diving today. Hooked the chunkiest Verm I've ever caught down there. This one is going on the BBQ whole. Picture does little justice. All in all a perfect day in my book.  Good luck tomorrow and I hope it's just as beautiful for you.
