Donating to help with the Philippines

It's looking really bad over there and I'd like to contribute. Does anybody have any suggestions for charities with low overhead that are doing good work over there? I know this site has got a ton of members with family over there.

I think the Philippine Red Cross does a good job.  I was able to use PayPal at their site.
