I bought one just like that in Cabo for a buck 12yrs ago, they are selling for $18-26 on E-Bay

I sold an Articulated fish bottle opener on ebay for over $300.00. Stamped Los Castillo's which is a fine jeweler
from Taxco, Mexico. Piece was from the 1930 or 1940.

That thing is way cool. Definitely do not use that as a jig. Lings will hit anything.
