Siracha factory in SoCal may have to move. The peppers used in the processing is making people in the surrounding area sick. :(

     It's OK,,,  but my favorite is   The Pepper Plant  :smt007      w/ chunky garlic.    Sauce is made in Gilroy.

Don't believe the hype!  The surrounding area is now nearly 40% asian, which means they not only have a hereditary tolerance for Sriracha, but are genetically predisposed to become addicted to it!
