To 2 tsp of Sriracha, I added.
3 tbsp of soy sauce
3 green onions
1 tsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
1 tbsp of wakame
and 1.5 pounds of albacore, chunk cut

Spicy albacore poke ... it's what's for dinner!!!

Try using Sambal in lieu of sriracha next time Allen.  Gives it a different twist.

Subway's got a sriracha spread available at some spots now,...saw it today.

Always got Sriracha (all food), Tapatio (Mexican and breakfast), Franks (wings) and Tobasco (Southern) at the homestead.

Sriracha is an essential pantry item, along with Crystal, (which is totally underrated, imo).

Allen -

Sambal Olek has chilis pepper seeds and is used in sauces and other cooking preparations. It has a more complex flavor than sriracha. The rooster brand is one of the better ones  for sambal olek.
