Regarding the lechon:  I'm waiting for them to return my call and will post up ASAP. I'll check with Mel to see if he'll be able to stop by today, otherwise, I'll stop by on my way to work to make the payment.

I can also bring A whole Abalone if someone wants to bring some stuff for some Poke. Anyone want to help out? Jason? Kiel? I have some Tabiko, Wasabi and Ginger already.... Just don't want to prep it.

Will be bringing some smoked salmon and albacore bellies.

We agreed to get a Large Piggy (up to 69 lbs) it comes with 2 gallons of liver sauce (great stuff).

I will pick up at 10:30 AM, it comes out of the oven 15 minutes before.

If you remember at Albion, that Jedmo camp pig took 6 hours to roast and less than 6 minutes to devour.  My wife's family and I will offer to buy and pick up a 2nd lechon.  We'll cover the extra cost that isn't cover by donations.

Hell ya!!! I'd even cough up a bit more to help out (as others probably will to) This is gonna be legendary Party like no other, to celebrate the life of a guy like no other!

I just placed an order for the 2nd large Lechon.   Mmmm... it will be tasty!

Two pigs will be perfect since we're expecting 200-300 people.
