I think it's Orientex - Pork & Shrimp.  Most Asian markets stock'em.

I'll bring the "Man Dogs".  Got to have the Mooch's famous Man Dogs 

Fishing Addict will be available to pick up the lechon and bring it to the potluck.  I can help coordinate and collect the cash if someone isn't already in charge.  The lechon will need to be paid in full by this Wednesday and I can call them tomorrow to confirm pricing and make the reservation.
