 Check out this badass sculpture the client has in her dining room, it's cast bronze, faux painted and is over 150 grand.
The artist puts them together with drift wood and hires the rest out, does 14 at a time....

I think I know who does the bronze!! 
My wife's uncle, Mark Anderson, owns a foundry; Walla Walla Foundry.  He had a client bring in several driftwood horses who wanted them cast in bronze.  He had to take it apart, make molds of each piece, put it back together and braze the parts.  Needless to say, that was pretty pricey.  It's nice to have rich relatives !  Ha!
