I bought my first kayak this weekend from a guy that told me about the NCKA website. .. I'm looking forward to hearing good stories and tips... I plan on attending a bunch of these meet ups/ tourney's too!

Hey portuguese seahorse I work in napa and fish the river regularly. .will be the first time from a yak tho...any good spots? I know a lot of deep holes in the sloughs were I slayed some massive sturgeon..PS I heard there has been decent size stripers from trolling rattle traps back in the sloughs as well

Up by Oxbow there are a lot of schooled.  Maybe 2-3 pounds.  Anyone been out lately with flies?
