I know its a long shot, but I'd much rather rent to someone who we know (or at least knows someone we know) rather than a complete stranger.

This is our first home that we thought we'd be in for a while, but circumstances have changed that forced us to make a move.  We are hoping we will find someone to rent it that will take half decent care of it.  Here are the details:

Hi Kirk,

All is good, we haven't moved too far (Pleasant Hill).  Family obligations always seem to put a bigger dent in kayak angling activities than distance anyways!
