All,

I find myself meeting kayak anglers and interested people all the time that do not know of this site.  In the interest of spreading the love I was thinking about something.  I tell them about the site, but most of the time I bet they forget the url or just plain forget.  What if we had a downloadable template for NCKA business cards that people could then modify with their name and screen name that has the clubs logo and url that we could hand to these people so they would be reminded to check out the site and not forget the url?

I could keep a stash of them in my tackle box and hand them out when needed.

Just a thought.

A sharpie and a piece of Tyvek the size of a business card is all you need. The sharpie will not rub off and the Tyvek is waterproof. They can be crumpled up in a pocket and go through a complete wash and dry cycle and still come out undamaged and perfectly legible.

Good idea Mol...

I just went to www.vistaprint.com and made up 250 of these business cards for free... like $5 for shipping.

I won't have them in time for Elk, but I will have them before the Bendo tournament to pass out to folks.

I'd encourage others to do the same if they feel inclined...  they are free and have a very small www.vistaprint.com text advertisement on the back.

Wow guys thanks!

I have a bunch of small oval stickers that I will have at Elk. I also carry them in my car so if you see me just ask and I will give you a bunch of them to pass around.

Tote... good idea.  Often the guys I meet are out there on the water.  Normal business cards won't cut it.
