The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope.  ~John Buchan

I caught quite a few early on a 3:16 Lure Co. Baby Wake and the rest on either a Strike King 3 blade Scorcher spinnerbait or a XR50 One Knocker.  Nothing on soft plastics for me but the only time I tried them was when i did some punching in the grass mats once the tide started falling.   I stuck with the reaction bite since it stayed pretty consistant all day.
