OK Sac and Valley NCKA'ers come on out to the Port on Sat. to fish MBF style to help a brother out.

I know I want to stay local during the crazy holiday wknd and the Port is a close drive and easy launch.

A bunch of Port regulars will be there, I will personally point out where numerous 30"+ Stripes have been caught in the last few years. A kid I talked to at the launch last week said he scored a 32" - so they are still around, along with the occasional Salmon,
and many other species. This is a great chance to learn the area, consider it a pre-fish for the Freshkats Port tourney if you will.

I'll be BBQing a bunch of fresh Rockfish fillets, and a raffle will give you a chance to score some gear!

Two hints (since I won't be there... ) Remember drop shoting live night crawlers??? Drop offs and structure....  MINNOWS MINNOWS MINNOWS Or equivalent small perch or other bait fish (legal at the port)   Good luck!!!  Wish I could be there

Yes it's on Saturday. I will be there around 5am to check people in and hand out wrist bands.

Come on out and hookup with a bunch of really good people, catch some fish,grab a bite to eat, and help out a great cause.

Anyone from the Livermore area coming?  Reason I ask is, I'm doing a swap with Snapperhead on some kayak stuff.  He's got a sail for me and I have a cart for him.  If anyone is coming up and could help out, that would be great!
