Where all do you want to do the next one?

Mooch thinks we ought to hit up Del Valle.

I'm open.

Please discus.

Lake Sonoma, Clear Lake or the Delta
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

Mickfish,

We will without doubt have a delta MBF.  This has been something I have really wanted to do.

I'm thinking Del Valle first, and then the Delta.

But I'm flexible, we could go the other way around.

I'm dying to toss a frog on 30# power pro over the slop!!!

Always happy to defend my home turf but the power boat traffic can be pretty bad this time a year at Del Val. The 7/26/06 Fishsniffer hot bites saya Clear Lake is "wide open" for bass. I hear Lake Sonoma has also been decent. Of course anything is better than Lexington last Saturday. Thanks for the fish tacos, they were great. My son had a good time watching Mooch sweat out his victory.

I would selfishly prefer that we keep the next location in the bay area.

Mendo is next month and clear lake is a long drive for me that would require a hotel/camp stay.

Bay area lakes are reachable by most people on this board for a single day trip.

Delta is a bit far too, but its the delta!

Whatever.  Let's try to get a consensus and maybe we could do a late august MBF.

Move it towards the valley (delta) and might get more of the real bass fishermen.

Del Valle and Delta! If/when Delta,we need a good place so local-Delta-knowledge is a must. You Delta Guys give your input so it is not held at a Crank-camp or Meth-Meadows :smt002 and fish in the water to catch would be nice also :smt003
