It's almost time for Crabfest

I will be gone fore a few weeks so if you don't get a response to a question right away don't worry. One of the things that I want to remind everyone is that this a get together at the beach, you do not have to Crab to participate. If you decide to crab that is up to you.

I think I'm going to have to do this!  I have never crabbed out of a plastic boat before.  I look forward to meeting some new people and seeing if the crabs cooperate.

Never been, considering coming down for this.  My sister just moved to Petaluma, looks like it takes about 30-40 minutes to get to Doran?  What is the parking/launching situation for those showing up the morning of?

Crash when you get to Doran go all the way to the end that is day use, you will have to pay at the gate $7 per vehicle. The park ranger may not be there, just pay and go in , then you will find all of us there, the Jetty campground is next to day use parking. easy launch.
