I am heading over to Trinidad with my youngest boy for some rockfishing therapy.
My wife wanted me to go for salmon, her favorite, but it is his first ocean kayak trip, and I am not sure I am ready for that yet either. Any company would be great!

The ocean is supposed to turn on Saturday. Go early. Sat is forecast 5' at 11 sec turning to 6' at 7 with winds picking up. Nearshore has been good even when the forecast has been bad, but keep an eye out.

I might be down for joining you. I need a meat run.

We should be there fairly early, leaving Redding at 4 am. Hope to see you out there

Sorry I can't make it, good luck boys, have fun and be safe.
Remember to practice safe knots, because big fish don't just break your line, they also break your heart.

Good luck out there.  Swell should be pretty low, but wind could kick up.
I am a licensed guide.  DFW Guide ID:  1000124.   Let's do a trip together.

Might be able to join you? Waiting to see if I can get someone to come with and help with the driving and gas?

+1 I probably won't be making over for a bit until I get a little venison for the freezer.
