ocean cove 8/2-8/4

I am heading up to at ocean cove tomorrow after work. I will be camping,diving and fishing fri,sat and maybe sunday too. If you are in the area come on by.

Have you guys heard any Intel? I called a coffee/tackle shop in point Arena today. The woman said the fish were still biting, but she didn't have any specifics. Most of the bodega boats are headed to tomallas point.

I think I'm headed to TC Friday night, but could drive to point Arena or bodega depending on the bite.

One bite one fish today just south of Ocean Cove. Conditions have changed, less bait and most of that is in 50-90 feet of water. No commercial boats.  The big schools of black snapper seem to have disappeared. Hopefully there will be a few more nice salmon coming through.
