Fished santa cruz a few times this year. There aint no butts there. Probably a few stragglers. I blame it on DC for single handedly wiping out the halibut population last year.  Good luck if your going.

I'll be out there for the weekend..gonna see my dad in hollister sat. Night and hit the garlic festival Sunday I hope..so I have a lil window of oppt. Sat morning..may just make the paddle to deeper water in search of chrome
