PM notifier email

If you set up your profile to get an email whenever a PM message is sent to you, you will get an email whose subject line starts with "New Personal Message:".  If you get such an email, please note that responding to the email does NOT result in your intended recipient getting an email.  It goes to my junk box.  I've been seeing a lot of email responses lately ... please respond via PM and NOT via email.  Thanks.

Maybe I should start posting up here when someone sends an email in response to a PM notifier.  Shame them into learning.   

Someone whose name starts with G and ends with 2 just messed up.  Thanks for the tips on salmon fishing though.

No kidding.  The first 2 lines read:

You have just been sent a personal message by XYZ on NorCal Kayak Anglers.

IMPORTANT: Remember, this is just a notification. Please do not reply to this email.

Polepole is far too kind.  Last year someone did that trying to send a message to me and PolePole actually forwarded the message to my email.  It was that or….they messaged him instead of me.

I just did that VERY thing ... replied to a PM in my Yahoo e-mail.

Oh, I responded to your help picking up the item I was going to donate to PIF with an e-mail......

So I will get them to someone next year (hopefully I can make the event next year!!)

Still happening.  Apparently bioman needs to go to FW and get a double deep six.
