So I decided to try something new with the ram tubes. got tired of these things being so weak so I decided to try a kickstand to keep my rod from diving in the water when a large fish hits and I will be able to drag  deep 6 with no problems let's hope it works

pic 3 is the rubber tip I just found

If the ram mounts don't swivel that should work great.  Nice and simple :smt003

I recall last year someone commented the RAM tubes were not preferred as they would slip on the ball when you hooked up.  Some shared ideas on how to compensate for that issue - but, none were as cool as this!  Thanks for sharing - great idea and it looks good too!
