I fished Fuller Lake and Lake Valley Reservoir Sunday with Fish Junky.  We started at Fuller at 7AM but found no fish (should have brought a fly pole) so at 9 we head to Lake Valley.  We set out in a mod breeze and Junky found a trout right away.  Most trout today were in the 12 inch range and all were thrown back for another day.  My first fish today was a really fat Bluegill.  I don’t know what they eat up there but they eat a lot of it.  I was trolling a chrome dodger/crawler combo.  My second fish was a trout on the same combo.  I stopped for lunch and tried a bobber rig from shore but they weren’t having it.  Junky joined me later and his count was 3 trout and a fat Bluegill.  We ended the day at 1:15 as it was getting busy on the water.  I didn’t know this lake was so popular with people.  Lots of kayaks, paddleboards and pretty girls.  Gotta love it!  A few photos for your approval…

My first fish.....a fat Bluegill.

A half underwater shot of Junky with my new waterproof camera.

This guy was having no problem finding fish.

My sole trout landing of the day.

Junky on the hunt.  It started getting crowded on the lake about now.
