Sonny, you can use Aldo's Restaurant Address for navigation.
   
616 Atlantic Ave  Santa Cruz, CA 95062

Just turn left at Mariner Park Way and you will see people unloading down there.  You will need to pay at the booth before you launch.   $10 for launch and parking, or $5 for launch only.  I usually unload and park on Atlantic Ave.
