You will receive a PayPal email requesting payment for the amount owed. You have 2 days to pay before you will be removed from the list. If you need to arrange other payment methods let me know in your email. I may not reply right away but I will reply within a day with the word on whether you are in or not.

Once all the spots are filled I will start a waiting list in case of cancelations. If you are on the waiting list I will let you know what position you are on the list.

There are no refunds but you can transfer your entry to another person. It is up to you to collect money from the other person. Changes will be accepted up to a week before the event.

Once you arrive at the event we will have a sign-up location where you can check in and sign the waiver.

Just one final word. If you have never fished in the ocean before or have limited surf launching experience this is probably not the event for you. Elk has a steep beach break that can be tricky to launch and land through.

Finally!   

My son and I are in...emailed and paid!  What a relief to get that done.

Just because you sent the e-mail out doesn't necessarily mean your in yet.  I mean, all 649 members got the call or at least could have read the announcement and could have sent their e-mail out, it doesn't mean that they've paid and are in.  I'm not going to feel safe until I get my paypal receipt saying Bill has my money.

Oh, looks like I just got that receipt... now I feel like I'm in.  WooHoo!
