Oh man...Santa Ana...memories.  That is pretty far! and pretty ghetto.  :smt044

$300 sounds like a good deal though.

:smt044 Damn Tony, you are right on the money...hahaha.  I've never towed anything and I prefer not to if I don't need to, so hullivator would be a good option.  Anyways,  no money for a damn hullivator, no matter what, I'm getting a fish finder next!   :smt003

Be aware that the hullivator only reduces the lift by 30-40 lbs. If the roof of your car is high, you have to lift the full weight into the saddles. On my adventure and T15 it is easier to use rollers because the roof of my car is high. I only use them on my Eddyline. When I get my Subaru I may be able use them on my AI.

The cost of two Hullivator sets will have you a good start on the cost of a trailer.

Just a thought!

Daviator uses them with an Adventure on a Subaru Outback and they work great.  I use them with my Revo on my Outback and they make the loading an easy task.

make sure you get the after market cross bars because the subaru oval ones suck. I think the outback has built in ones but those are flimsy

I use Thule bars that are attached to the Subaru side rails.

Could have bought my trailer for less than the cost of two Hullavators.
I bought one set of Hullavators. I found a couple on Sacto Craigs List when I was looking but decided to go to REI when they had 20% off. Still pricey but it works. Takes up a lot less room than a trailer too.

Or just get a gym membership and take some PEDs. It'd cost less.
