Rio Vista 6/25

Hello all from Portland, OR and NWKA!

I will be in Rio Vista next week for some camping and PB action... but have been asked to bring my kayak down.  Thinking what the heck, but if I do I might as well wet a line.  Question for the locals... is it worth bringing it down when I have access to 4 PBs?  If I do, and wet a line, I assume I should target stripers.  Can I get a little advice in that area?

Hello Scotty! You can target striper and sturgeon in Rio. I say bring the yak anyway and give it a go. Having access to the boat is good option if you want to fish all night or just to do it. Either way you will have a blast when you get them. There will be others that will chime in that fish the area.
