Mendo getting planted

According to the Ukiah Daily Journal this morning, 3000 striped bass, 6 to 8 inches long, were released into Lake Mendocino Tuesday morning.  They reported that it would take about 3 years for these bass to reach 18 inches, so we certainly will have something to look forward to.  With the expendature of nearly $7000     on these fish perhaps they will now work a little harder to keep water in the lake during the summer months.
