Hey guys, thanks for the comebacks. I've been fishing almost constantly since posting this and hadn't checked back. I'll do a follow up as soon as I've slept for 2 days. Been averaging around 2 to 3 hrs a night. Sometimes none at all.... zzzzzzzzzzz

The guy says he has it in 25lb blocks for 85 cents a pound.  He's in Richmond and can meet you half way.

I would be interested in that guys name too, I have started casting my own bullets recently, I am paying $1.50-$2 a pound for clean lead, wheel weights don't have consistent densities and when you alloy them the flow rate (into the small molds) can really be affected, love to find a hundred or two hundred pounds to have waiting!
Let me explain something to you. Um, I am not "Mr. Lebowski". You're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. You know, that or, uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing.

You should be able to get good flow by adding some tin.  Not sure what the prices are but I know rotometals has different alloys for bullet casting and they sell tin. You can ask but I think its like 2 pounds tin to a hundred pounds of lead.

Yup, that is correct! Rotometals has a lot of good stuff, unfortunately they are still in the $2/lb range. If I am going to pay $2, I have a guy in Sac who sells reclaimed firing range lead (at the right density and alloy) for about the same price, without shipping.
