Shad on the American Tuesday 21st at 4:30

Gonna hit the American tomorrow with the kayak to go for shad.  Gonna park at Sunrise and walk part way up then paddle the rest of the way.  I'll be at the parking lot by 4:30 and plan to fish til dark.  Any and all are welcome to join me.

Have some info on spots that are holding fish. Went out today for a few, landed more yesterday.

Good luck out there today Scott. I won't be able to make it out this week, the wife is getting discharged from the hospital today (the baby decided to come a couple weeks early, this weekend). Anyways lets us know how it goes and I will try to make it out there next week with you.

Thanks man! No MIA here, this is my second son and both mom and dad need the escape time...I take mine in the form of fishing  . Who needs sleep LOL.

Congratulations on your newborn son ! Another little fishing buddy. I might go to the American river thurs evening to try for shad got my anchor and am all set.maybe we can all meet up again next week to fish ?
