I need to replace the seat from my Revo, it sucks. I tried it in so many positions but it just doesn't give me the support I need. I'm 6'3 so I'm sure that has something to do with it. These are the choices I've narrowed it down to...

Surf to summit - GTS Expedition
Surf to summit - GTS Elite
Skwoosh - Big Catch with Lumbar pad
Crack of Dawn- Apex 1 Deluxe

Anyone have some real experience or thoughts on these? Thanks!

I have this one...I am 6'2" and yep. stock ones suck worth every penny. I have the pack and rod older version. The pack is great (almost too big). The rod holders are a bit floppy so I use them for gaff and bonker

Is it an older Hobie seat? My 2012 version is highback and has an inflateable Lumbar support. I'm 6'3" and it seems pretty comfortable

I did the same thing by installing the comfort pad underneath the seat. As an added bonus it gets me out of the water when a little pools under the seat.

The biggest thing for me was tightening up those side straps before each trip. Sure helps with back support and having some air in that back pad is a definite plus as well.

2012 hobie seat. I really like the lumbar and I have a pad but after about 3 or so hours on the water, I start feeling it and need to shift from side to side. I believe I need a taller seat that's going to allow me to sit up more with some support. All the seats I've listed have high backs and very good support from reviews I've read. I just need to pull the trigger on one yesterday.
