In situations like this I would have just pulled over... Speeding will just put other in danger. Drive safe people, apparently this happen on 880.

That video needs to get sent to the Highway Patrol & the cAmry driver a good old fashioned ass whoppin!

Exactly.  Maybe the driver needs to learn that the number 1 lane is the passing lane.

Personally I would have just slowed down and let the other car drive away.  Road rage is a waste of time to deal with.

Tough situation to be in. The younger me would have followed him home or wherever he was going and pound him. But now I would pull over and call the CHP and provide them the video and license plate#. At least I thinks that's what i would do now.

#1... It is not ILLEAGAL to pass on the right. Just not nice... #2 Id have pulled the gun and laid it on the dash... #3 If harrassment continued, I would pull over and stop then shoot the f$$% A$$ in the head... Looked like the guy in the Camry was looking for an insurance claim.
Depending on how full my gas tank was and how much time I had, I'm pretty sure I'd meet up with the guy somewhere while he was out of his car and have a very civil, pleasant chat about the hazards of unnecessarily braking on the freeway..................Old school.

That stretch is 880 in Fremont.  My daily commute.... not a day goes by that I don't see similar jackassery...  although locking up the brakes on the freeway is pretty extreme.

True. Trying to outrun and/or evade only increases the odds of a bad ending. now instead of one person endangering others on the road both of you are. Pull over, call CHP, provide a license plate, description of the vehicle, and description of the driver.

This attitude and displaying your gun to intimidate are both valid reasons to lose a CCP This is why the ask so many psych questions when you apply. This is not carrying for protection nor is it being safe.
