I just picked up a kayak from someone on NCKA, but it  did not come with a paddle. Just getting into kayaking so i am looking for some advice on which one to get on a budget. If someone is in the sacramento area and is selling one let me know looking to get one asap.

Can't really go wrong with Werner or swift paddles I have both an love them. Id stay away from aluminum if you can afford it.

Rental places will sell some used paddles cheap. Bought one like that myself from MBK a few yrs back. Good luck.
