For those that have used both: is there a performance difference between them?  Which do you prefer and why?

I have not used both, but for $30 more, why not go with the tried and true of the Wheeleez?

Isn't Trax2 the scupper cart for Hobies? The wheels on them are Wheeleez.

Yes, but the wheels on the Trax 2 are 24" and the wheels on the Wheeleez beach cart are 30".

Hobie just released the Hobie cart with full size wheelez. I have the trax2 and they work really well. If I had to do it over again I would opt for the larger wheels and higher compactly.

That's good to know. I think I'm still going to pick up the one with the smaller wheels. I've been using my home made steel scupper cart with the 30cm wheels now for years & I'm sick of the weight. Those larger wheels are damn heavy & I don't launch anywhere with long pulls over soft sand so I'm thinking the smaller wheels might be nice for a change. Plus they take up a lot less room in the hull. I'll still keep the old faithful big wheel cart for ??? someday.

My team sponsor doesn't sell Wheeleez, so it's an $80 difference for me.

Thanks for that tip on the new cart - I'll wait for that.  30cm vs 24 is pretty big difference.

The 24cm Trax 2 is $195, I think the 30cm is just over $200.
