SPAM musubi is my favorite, along with some sort of fruit, (preferably bananas).

Depends. I like having a good bottle of Pinot Noir in the freshwater and a typical sandwitch type lunch to go with it.

In the salt I don't drink alcohol often and I tend to eat more packaged food items while I paddle from spot to spot or as I sit drifting. I try to carry water all the time.

I like to pack a few energy bars and sometimes an apple or orange.
If that doesn't fill me up , I'll eat a live anchovie or sardine fresh out of the Bay!
Squid aka-raw calamari if available!  :smt007

Nice! I will be packing soy sauce and a little wasabi this year for some on the yak bait eating if the need arises. :smt003 Last year the mack I ate was quite tasty.

Two store bought egg salad sandwiches and a large almond croissant. Wash it down with a Dr. Pepper. Never seem to get to the  bottles of water...

Play days are always a Budweiser Chelada to start and whatever leftovers I find in the fridge.
Game days are a Red Bull to start, then Gatorade/water, sunny's, jerkey, pretzels, fruit, and usually a chicken wrap.

On long days I'm always munching/drinking something to keep the energy levels up and fully hydrated.

If you believe in superstitions than you may want to avoid bringing bananas on board.

So far, we have learned:

1) No bananas, unless you are Sailfish  :smt003

2) Beer is a must-have, and bring extras for your buds OTW  :beer3

3) Energy bars and Rockstars are pretty dang popular :smt119
