Hello all, New to fishing and new to fishin from my Kayak. Started last fall when the streams closed around Tahoe and I still wanted to fish. Over the winter I researched fishing yaks and picked up an Ascend FS 10,wanted to stick with a short boat for smaller alpine lakes which there are a ton of around here, and didn't want to break the bank. I am not new to kayaks and am really impressed by the quality, durability and features. Paddled it for the first time today and can't wait to fish it,unfortunately its fixin to rain a bit around here so wont be fishin it for a week or so. I am glad to find a local kayak forum and look forward to meetin yall.

WTTM yakfisher!  Several NCKAers near you in Tahoe.  Hopefully they'll chime in.
