Not sure if its my OCD of having things clean to start with or what but here you go...

Having a lot of different they end up getting dirty from pro-cure being added for that extra scent that is needed on some days. But when all said and done and after switching colors and baits laying around on the deck and being just tossed in a bucket they get a lot of dirt on them that needs to be removed the bait below is after a good since with hot water.

So what I have come up with is taking a pretty neutral dish washing soap and cleaning them with that. Only cost a dollar for the soap and if only used for cleaning baits would last for who knows how long.

Stick with the two lemon soap...

Fill a bucket or if your lucky and either your wife does not care for swim baits to be filling your sink and counter then use your kitchen sink. I am lucky in that way and just use the kitchen sink.

Fill with hot water and a little bit of the soap to help break down the dirt and loosen it.
I usually allow them to soak for 5-10 minutes.
Rinse with hot water and allow to dry or dry with a clean cloth.

Great idea. My Koke gear gets pretty nasty too using the Gel Scents. Going to give this a try. I've also heard lemon pledge works well on dodgers.
And you could hear me screaming a mile away as I was headed out for the door....

I just rinse mine in salt water and use an abrasive toothy surface to remove stubborn stains. For those impossible stains I use the extra scrubbing power of "STRUCTURE"

Good stuff Ry!

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

Now, are they all lined up facing the same way? In zip-loc baggies clearly labeled by size and color or by the Big Hammer product #? :smt003 :smt006

Ha!! Just found a bunch of mine sitting in a ziplock bag from Albion! Threw them in a bucket of water.....for a week...outside. Other than fading in color a bit, they look fine.
