IM ON THE BOARD!!!!!! St. Pats day

 ... Too bad its with A friggin perch.

Left Salinas at 5 am, met up with my muggles in Carmel.. Headed south to Jade cove. Water was rough. .. Driving past limekiln I noticed the water calmer there so we double backed.. After having A few beers to calm my nerves we slipped into the surf with our boards. Damn I hate diving from boards. Stayed in shallow water Something about that place spooks me out. Any way there were seven of us and two shore fisherman. Saw nothing exciting myself but this stupid perch. Damn I hate perch. Shot it just so I could get on the board. Afterward we partied like rockstars, bottle of Jameson and two cases of beer. Hiked up into the park to find some awesome waterfalls.... Never been there before.. Great time great people and great place.. A few picks to follow...

Broke my flopper on a 30" lingcod He took off before I could get my hands on him.
