I just grilled some Ling Cod steaks that were caught at Timber Cove, last November.  I made a sauce of Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and freshly ground black pepper.  I grilled the steaks on non-stick foil boats on the barbecue for about 15 minutes.  They were amazing!  I can't wait for the season to open.  Fish you catch yourself is just so much better than what's available in the stores.  I don't even like the smell of the "fresh" fish at Safeway.  Mine never gets that "fishy" smell and it just tastes so much better.  What is it that makes even frozen wild caught fish so much better?  I hope I have enough fillets in the freezer to last until GS.

It's the love you put into catching those fish Martin why all your catch taste so good. :smt005 Plus having the Loose Screws next to you taking your pictures while reeling in your fish I'm sure had something to do with it as well. :smt002
