After our "incident" at Cayucos where my buddy almost had to do the long swim home; I am done with scupper carts. So I modified mine, what do you think?

Before:

After:

Spent about $8 on supplies and it is pretty sturdy.
What do you think?

My friend, the mod looks good and all, but due to the material used, this cart is guarantee to break over time. I would recommend at least putting a metal bar thru the PVC. Yes I hate PVC because I built six different things with it and they all broke over a short time. Good luck.

I was thinking of running a rod threw it adn bolting it on both sides. The carts gets used 2-3 times a year if that. I am sure you are right, but with the amount of use it gets that will last me a few years. Even then tees adn a few pieces are 1/2 inch are cheap.
