as far as computers are concerned you did not get duplicate ads, as they were different types, banner vs not.  You either visited zappos recently and they are following you around to "remarket" you or the site in general is on the display network and rotates through ads.

I just ran Spybot and Malwarebytes yesterday, deleted all my cookies, cleared my cache and deleted all my temp files, but still getting duplicates.....
