Quarry food and manpower for 2/22/2013. Need someone to take care of Lunch

Jack is getting double bonus WAF points Friday so I volunteered to handle the food. He has given me the shopping list for breakfast burritos and I'll concentrate on that.  I need help planning and getting lunch.  So if someone wants to spearhead the lunch,  please let me know.  Also, preparing the breakfast takes approximately four people to get the prep work done.

Here is what we know:  There will be 40 vets and approximately 25 volunteers.  This is a
fluid count and could change.  Traditionally we serve hamburgers/hot dogs/ pulled pork/
potato salad/ green salads/ soups.  I'll take care of the vegetarian crowd.   Keep in mind that this venue has several grills to use and it looks good for staging the food.    See the main thread started by Danglin for visuals.

I think your count is pretty close, probably around 50 vets with therapist and support...

save the recites !!!  and remember everyone,  just keep the recites for items bought for HOW, and no cash back on recite....

  if you do make a mistake, we'll work with it, just easier if you can keep to these guide lines for reimbursement...

I have 50lbs of charcoal

Countdown has started and your help is needed.  I have the breakfast burrito stuff under control.  I am going to do the prep at home so all we have to do at Quarry is mixed all the goodies together, cook,  and roll the burritos.  If you can help early please let me know.

If someone can take charge of lunch I would really appreciated it.  For lunch we need to have enough stuff to fix hamburgers and hot dogs for 60.   Let me know if you are interested.

120 Sausage pieces  and 120 buns. Ketchup and Mustard included. Should feed big appetites.

I hink we have about 45 vets signed up,  count on 20 to 30% no show....  20 to 30 volunteers and VA staff...
