Kayak Polo

I'd heard of the underwater polo that freedivers play, but yesterday I met someone who plays kayak (canoe) polo.  Here's a link to their game. http://www.sfbay.uskayakpolo.org/ Since they provide all gear for $5 and start off with an hour of working on skills before playing, it's a great way to learn to roll.  Rough bumper-kayak gameplay could teach some usefull skills for when someone tries to edge in on your spot or chase you with a banana. 

I have friends in SD that play this all the time and have for about 8 years.  I've been to a few of the matches and it looks really fun.

In Foster City,they play underneath Shell Blvd. Bridge.  They hang the nets from the bridge.  Looks like a great workout and alot of Fun.
