I can not speak highly enough of the great service I received from Dan at headwaters kayak.

How do you like that yak?  I'm considering getting one later in the year.

It looks killer, but I wish instead of the tuna tank it had a hatch to access the inside of the boat for storage of rods/guns/fins etc...

I'd still be stoked to try one out though! I used BigFoot's WS tandem at Albion for a day of diving and loved having all the deck space to spread out to use for gear and fish and abs and urchins!

Jim

Thanks. Looks like there is a nice big hatch in the back, but the convenience of having that one right in the center is great.

Not sure what a guy like me (who primarily dives rather than fishes) would use the tuna tank for...I guess I could put the insert in and keep my mask/snorkel, dive light, gopro, ab iron and gauge in there...

Sincerely,

Jim

On the Tuna tank if you don't drill holes in it you can use it as a cooler or a storage space. Once you drill holes it works as a live well.
