Kayak Wars teams......only 6 in the Northwest?

Cmon Adam you're the real deal. No one's 'letting me down'. I just wondered why those other regions have so many teams.

Yester, I just don't understand the 2 Anglingwes teams. Why 2?

Are we limited to one by ncka?

NCKA's sister site NWKA has 3 teams so my guess is the answer is no limits.

Polepole will surely correct me if I'm wrong on this.

I was thinking NCKA could field 2 or 3 teams just like NWKA but I didn't know about the other competing Norcal forum until today.

Why would you guys care if I put a team together??? No NCKA pride???

Sorry, I didn't know there were rules against me having friends beyond the NCKA realm.  I'll make sure I get the blessings of NCKA before entering teams in a national contest with NO AFFILIATION to this organization.

Oh well I guess.  I still welcome all NCKA members to affiliate with my little personal blog and forum, and as an an employee of The Fish Sniffer, I will continue to promote this (NCKA) group.

Wes, you could have simply explained that the AnglinWes Teams represent the AnglingWes Kayakfishing forum. Last time I looked it was a blog only. So now I understand both of your teams have pride in the AnglingWes forum. No need for tears to fall.

As far as I recall Jim, you were making a big deal when you stated,"Oh & what's up with the two AnglingWes teams? So much for NCKA pride......"

No sacrism or anger from me.  Just responding to your inquiry, Jim.  I'm still not sure what difference it makes whether I form one team or 21 teams of monks or yakkers or maybe yakking monks.  I'm sure there are other teams on KW not associated with an online forum. 

Also, my forum/ blog/ AOTY site is not competing with NCKA.  Its honestly simply an outlet for me to practice my trade.   That's probably why you haven't heard of it, as I don't really promote it as these types of conversations bring me all the publicity I need.    However, we have a growing group of members who utilize it regularly, and fish together often.  You are welcome to hang with us if you'd like.  We have no rules barring people from participating who are active members on other sites.

There were 2 NCKA teams last year, right? And this year there is only 1.
So Salty's question was completely logical. I would've been wondering the same thing: what happened to NCKA2 i.e. where's the NCKA pride? But I also didn't know about the anglingwest site and was surprised to see 2 teams with that name. Not that there's anything wrong with that!

James I would join your team but don't think I would be that much help this year.
