The good news is that after a long period of not fishing, yesterday I got OTW @ 2:30 pm -- in wonderful warm weather.  But the water was cold cold cold.  I threw plastic all afternoon and all I got was this one "brown bait" (aka Queenfish).  :kick   And I got it at dusk, near the boat ramp, just as I was about to get out.

The better news was that I got out!  I have not been fishing since my trip to Freshwater Lagoon in Humboldt back in November, and that's TOO LONG between trips.

Not going to let that happen again! -Love those Santa Anas  -  :smt004
