With the no easy up thing going on. Gonna be a wet pot luck. I say bring them and set um up. They have always been reasonable in the past. I'll bring a 20 lb weight... If others bring weights to hold them down........ We can get some dry space going... Tent campers bring tarps...
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!

At aquanfest mooch stuck each leg of the canopy in a 5 gallon bucket of water and zip tied the leg in to secure it....worked like a charm.

Right now, 40% chance, spelled C- H- A -N- C- E, of rain.  No 'rain', just a 'chance of rain'.  40%?  I like those odds.  If it does rain, it would only measure in 1/10's of inches, maybe 2/10ths at most.

Wind 8mph.  You can't even fly a kite in 8mph wind.

this one looks like rain

http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=38.73801726180955&lon=-123.50898742675781&site=mtr&unit=0&lg=en

but how many time to they get the shit wrong anyway. I do want some rain on Saturday morning since it might finally bring in some good ducking hunting on the last weekend of the season. But can clear out SATURDAY NIGHT before the crab fest.

We are only about ten miles inland, west Fairfax, we can see how many folks fit in our hot tub if it gets too nasty....

I think Weimarian tried to scare all of the anti-rain people away to lessen the competition....?   :smt044 :smt044 :smt044

My theory on the % chance of rain.   10%=.10inches so 40% chance should be .40inches.

Fill me in Monday on if my prediction is right.   100% chance would also mean more than an inch.

Ya know, I was thinking the same thing!!  Even thought of playing it up a bit just to improve my own odds.  Ha!!

I do have a dry suit I need to test out......
