Way cool Eric!!  My first car was also a datsun... That POS got me in a lot of trouble  :smt044

I'm working on converting a 6x10 Cargo Trailer into a Mini-Camper.  I've just about finished installing insulation, and we are going to give it a test run this weekend at crabfest before I go any further with the project.  But next up will be to install a window, DC and AC wiring, Bed/Table, Kitchen, Entertainment Center, and Flooring.  So, got a bit of work still to do  :smt003
Sounds fun!

I sold a MX510 Gregor a few months ago and had not planned on replacing it but I made the mistake of looking on Craigslist for the heck of it, the next thing I know this is following me home:

So far I have replaced the bow mount trolling motor, replaced three batteries, new tires and aluminum wheels, replaced the Cannon downriggers with high performance digital Scotties, replaced the wheel bearings and seals and packed the bearings, replaced the bearing buddies, and whatever else I have forgotten about.  It is about done, I have rigged it for trolling the rivers for Salmon and Stripers and lakes for Trout and Kokanee.  I still have my Hobie Pro Angler and that will be used in the summer and fall in high country lakes for trout.

Need to replace the battery and a cracked head in this:

It's a Vietnam era 1969 M274 Mule.  I added a passenger side foot basket and seat.  The lifting rings are visible on the center of each wheel hub.  These were used in country for transporting wounded, ammo, supplies, and anything else that was needed.  A few were equipped with a 106mm recoilless rifle.  They are full time four wheel drive with a three speed transmission, high and low range transfer case, portal axles, all alumunim bed (early units had magnesium beds).  The Mules are the only military vehicle with a payload higher than the machine's weight.  The engine is a two cylinder generator motor.  The steering wheel will pivot so that a person can walk along it and steer it, the controls on the foot basket can be operated while walking along it.  Top speed in 4 high is 25 mph although I would be scared to go that fast in it with no ROPS (Roll Over Protection).  This one came out of 29 Palms in Southern California with only a few hours on it.

Bought this last summer, need to replace the battery and get it running.  Only 5 hours on it.

It's a two wheel drive Rokon.

Also have a 77 Jeep CJ7 that is all original to restore that I have had since the early 80's and a couple of ATV's that need new batteries to get them running again.
It's a good thing I am retired or I would never have time to play with any toys!   :smt003

Way to many projects to list; but I keep end up doing the ones that are even on it... and its quickly depleating my WAF account!

The person selling the car thought it had a bad computer so let it go for $300.00  :smt011
Put new terminals on the batt cables with a fresh batt and she purred like a kitten.
Only needs windshield (major crack), front tires (bald), and clutch slave cylinder (leaking) .........
And some cosmetic work or course :smt003
Should have seen the look I got when it fired right up  :smt005
Also, the vehicle has been sitting for over a year, and they kept up on the tags.
