Just came across this at West Marine.  Lowest price I've seen for handheld floating radio.  No reviews on it though.
Currently West Marine has a printed flyer with $15 off a $100 regular priced purchase in their stores.

The floating HX150 is a top value in handheld floating VHF radios, with a slim, form-fitting case design, oversized easy-to-read LCD and backlit keypad. Upgraded with a Lithium-Ion battery, this VHF will supply you with more than 10 hours of operating time. Other great features include Programmable Scan, Dual Watch, Channel 16 Priority Scan, NOAA weather channels with weather alert, selectable 5 and 1 Watt transmit power, and a battery life indicator.  The HX150 comes packaged with a belt clip, 110 VAC trickle charger and a drop-in charging cradle.

Interesting indeed, a review would be cool it would be nice to know one could count on that 10 hrs. of battery life.

I have a bones basic standard Horizon and have no complaints about them.  Well made and hold up without problems.
